Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

- Being at least 18 years old or having reached the legal age of adulthood under your local law, whichever is higher.
- Not residing in any jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited.
- Registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
- Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information during sign-up.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration and Verification
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the genting888 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide your full name, phone number, active email address, and other required information. genting888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Password and Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. genting888 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure.
You must notify genting888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to share your login details with anyone else.
Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the genting888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Any amounts shown on the platform are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers, FPX, and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set from time to time and may vary depending on the payment method.
All deposits are subject to verification. genting888 reserves the right to refuse or delay any deposits suspected to be involved in illegal or suspicious activities.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to compliance with applicable conditions. Successful identity verification is required before processing withdrawals. genting888 may request additional supporting documents to facilitate withdrawal processing.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all rollover conditions have been fully met. Specific terms for each promotion are stated on their respective promotion pages.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Conduct

Liability Limits

Account Suspension and Closure
Genting888 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if violations of these Terms & Conditions occur or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.
In the event of account closure due to terms violations, any remaining funds in the account may be held pending investigation. Final decisions on fund refunds are subject to the findings of that investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, graphics, and other elements on the genting888 platform are the exclusive property of genting888 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without explicit written permission from genting888.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
